150,000+ steps and almost 90kms trekking over 4 days + plus 1800 stairs exploring Machu Pichu. 😱 Climbed a mountain in snow, trekked through the highland jungle, covered in mud hiking through rain.
Have never done so much exercise in my life! Coming...

150,000+ steps and almost 90kms trekking over 4 days + plus 1800 stairs exploring Machu Pichu. 😱 Climbed a mountain in snow, trekked through the highland jungle, covered in mud hiking through rain.
Have never done so much exercise in my life! Coming from someone who would complain about walking 200 metres just over a year ago too. Thankfully all the football and Corefit must have somewhat paid off.

Definitely about the journey not the destination. The journey kind of broke me but I somehow survived. One of hardest things I’ve ever done..
